Sick of updates

I said that I am sick of updates because I'm going to try and make my blog worth reading again and actually interesting. I am bored with writing quick updates about my life it seems to be all I have done all summer. I want to start writing again and stop whining.

Anyway, I have a job at A.L.H.S for the entire semester. It is a long term substitute position where I will be a special education teacher for Language Arts. I'm looking forward to the experience and happy to have a job again.

I have decided to put my house up for sale. My realtor was here last week the sign is up in the yard and it is a bit depressing. I know that my home will never be the same if someone else moves in. I'm am hoping to make some money on the deal and pay off my intensely terrifying credit card bills and put some money into savings for a change.

Lastly, in conjunction with the previous paragraph...it appears that I will be moving to Texas in January. I'm scared, but I'm sure with support from my friends and family it will be a good adventure and in some respects I'm looking forward to a change. I have spent the last four years of my life making major decisions. I have graduated from college twice and made three major career changes. I have basically lived alone with few exceptions. I did most of the things that maintaining a home requires...mowed the lawn, took out trash, fixed things when they broke, painted, ect...and I'm a little tired. My parents have been amazing and I appreciate everything they have done to help(it was A LOT), but I'd like to see what it is like to not have to do all of these things on my own. Hopefully this big move will work out, and if it doesn't...I know what I can accomplish on my own and next time Pops we are building instead of buying, with or without J (sorry honey)!

Virgin Mary

This "news story" caught my eye this morning. I just don't understand why people see the Virgin Mary in chocolate or a grilled cheese ect...

I guess we all see what we want to in things ;-)
