Bush sure knows how to pick 'em. The new man to succeed our previous head of FEMA was so bright he even found a new use for duct tape. I feel safer already-I'm sure he has a plan for the next major tornado and hurricane as well. If it breaks slap some Texas sized duct tape on it and all will be well.
